These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by HausMetric. By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
HausMetric provides heim modernisieren services in Deutschland and surrounding areas. All work is performed by licensed, bonded, and insured technicians. Scope, pricing, and timelines will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the job; any change will be communicated and approved by you before additional work is performed.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and check. Late balances may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month.
4. Warranty
We warranty our workmanship for one (1) year from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to you. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or natural events.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled arrival window. Emergency service dispatched at your request is non-refundable once the technician is en route.
6. Access to Property
You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the work area. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service if conditions are unsafe or if access cannot be provided.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and code — is owned by HausMetric or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
9. Dispute Resolution
We want you to be delighted with your service. If something isn't right, please contact us first so we can make it right. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be governed by the laws of the state where the work was performed, with venue in the courts of that state.
